摘要: 目的与方法:采用Ames 试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验及小鼠精子畸形试验检测甘泰康的遗传毒性,为其食用安全性提供依据。结果与结论:3 项遗传毒性试验均为阴性,甘泰康对所试菌株、小鼠体细胞及雄性生殖细胞无诱变性。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : The genotoxic activity of Gantaikang was studied by Ames test , micronucle-us test of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow and sperm shape abnormality test in mice to provide the data basis for it's safety. Results and Conclusion : The results of the three test s were all negative , which suggested that Gantaikang is not mutagenic to tested strains , somatic cells and male germ cells in mice.
